BlogProToolkit — Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important Notice
his policy applies exclusively to digital products and services (such as WordPress-based websites, AdSense-approved sites, theme/plugin licenses, PIN verification, digital accounts, downloadable toolkits, e-books, SaaS subscriptions, etc.). Every digital item sold on our platform is *non-returnable*; once an order is “delivered” or “access credentials are shared,” no refund or cancellation is possible.
1. Scope \& Applicability
1.1 This policy applies to all websites, mobile apps, and authorized resellers operated by BlogProToolkit (“Company”, “We”).
1.2 The policy has been prepared keeping in mind the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Information Technology Act, 2000.
2. Digital Goods are Non-Returnable
2.1 Digital content is inherently copyable; once a file, license key, or login details are provided to the customer, it becomes impossible to “take it back.”
2.2 Therefore, all sales are conducted on a **”Final—No Refund, No Exchange”** basis.
3. No Refund Once Order Is Completed
Refunds will not be issued under *any circumstances*, regardless of the reason, including:
– Change of mind after purchase
– Misunderstanding of service scope
– Ineligibility due to external factors (e.g., AdSense rejection)
– Subsequent rejection by third-party tools or networks
Note: In legally required circumstances (e.g., accidental double payment, duplicate charges due to technical reasons), we will process reversals within 7-14 working days upon receiving valid proof.
4. Pre-Purchase Responsibility
4.1 Customers must carefully read the *screenshots, demos, FAQs, system requirements* provided on the product page.
4.2 In case of doubt, write to admin@blogprotoolkit.com; inquiries after placing an order will not serve as grounds for refund.
5. Service Fulfillment \& Verification
5.1 For all sensitive deliveries (PIN verification, AdSense accounts), our system maintains email logs, server timestamps, and screen records to present *delivery proof* in the future.
5.2 If a customer reports “access not received” within 48 hours, we will provide technical assistance after verification; however, no refund will be issued.
6. Chargebacks \& Disputes
6.1 If a customer files a chargeback after delivery proof is established, it will be considered a **policy violation**.
6.2 The company reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action and damage recovery under the Indian Contract Act 1872 and sections 66-C/66-D of the IT Act 2000.
7. GST, Invoicing \& Tax Compliance
7.1 Tax is added according to the applicable Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) rate for all digital services; invoices are automatically generated and sent to the registered email.
7.2 According to GST law, sales of *consumed or activated* digital services cannot be cancelled; therefore, the entire amount including tax is *non-refundable*.
8. Limited Exceptions
We may consider refund/re-credit only in the following special circumstances (final decision at company’s discretion):
a) Duplicate payment verified by our billing system.
b) Payment made in error and customer has **not** used any download/login (report within 24 hours of order).
c) Refund ordered by local consumer court/CCPA.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be displayed on our website with an “Updated on” date and will be effective immediately.
